We are an organization of international FRIENDS.  Our friendship includes places with far sounding names like MEMURO, JAPAN and VELAS, SAO JORGE, AZORES.  This friendship was started August 3, 1989 when we signed the Sister City Pact with Memuro during the Bean Festival that year.  In 1996, we were fortunate to add Velas to our family and further expand our circle of FRIENDS.
